Milner Grimsled I have been a satisfied customer for almost two years. This agency (and my service agent) have given me prompt answers to my questions. And she has saved me money on both auto and homeowners coverages. I am not local to their office and have conducted all transactions via phone and internet.

Mauricio Aguilar Rolando was very efficient & respectful, helped me even when I didn’t have the opportunity to have all the info on hand! Very much appreciated Angela as well is an Amazing & patient agent who I’d grateful for all the help & support she done to help me with my insurance! 10/10!

Sharree Polanski Was inquiring about a quote for a vehicle. I provided the necessary information and during this the representative said the power went out. Told me he would call back once it rebooted. It’s been a little over a hour. I’ve called back twice and still have yet to hear anything. In my opinion this establishment is a scam.

Luke C I got a call out of the blue from Encompass. After realizing that I forgot to update my new card for payment Lauren was extremely pleasant to talk to, updated my info for me then, and even emailed me a confirmation! Can’t recommend Encompass enough!
