I found Capital Shield though a random google search, as the agency served the area where I live. Joe was able to secure a great quote from a carrier that insured me directly, with my company named as the additional insured. This is exactly what I was looking for as Joe was professional, diligent, prompt, and readily accessible. All documents were electronically completed within minutes! 1 /5 Luis Ocasio: I spoke to Joseph about getting a new insurance policy because my current insurance company was charging me and I’m in a leg. He gave me a better quote and when I agreed to it, he told me that the department of motor vehicles had my Tahoe registered as a commercial vehicle. I went to the motor vehicles, and I was told by the DMV representative that that was not true that my vehicle was in fact registered as a passenger vehicle. I called him back three times On three different occasions, I left messages messages for him And he never returned my call.
