So whenever I have an issue I call Frank Manos he always can help me with my insurance challenges. In a matter of minutes Frank updated the situation he was able to accept my payment (I did not want it to be late) and made sure I was set up for next years payment. Mark Hines Whiting Insurance is a blessing that we never fully realized until the day of our house fire. We knew that Bruce and the team were thorough and professional for the eight years that we went without a claim, but when tragedy struck us in the middle of the night, we saw the depth of knowledge and attention to detail that came from Whiting Insurance. Thanks to the diligent work of Whiting Insurance, we were able to get a brand new home built in the same place where our house burned down in LESS THAN A YEAR! We can’t thank Whiting Insurance enough for their help in restoring our family’s home. It’s hard to even imagine the difficulties we would be navigating without their guidance. Jeff Johnson Rob is just an absolutely awesome guy! And is willing to do whatever it takes to get you the best deal possible. My 20 year old daughter is buying her first brand new car. She got a quote from her current insurance company for $400 dollars per month and I almost fell over. I contacted Rob to see if we could get that lower. After Rob took the time to contact cooperate because my daughter is buying a 2024 model year. And having them upload that model year in the system because it’s too early for those rates to be available. Rob was able to get my daughters quote to $140 per month! Rob saved my daughter $260 per month!! And quickly too! This man will do everything in his power to get you the best rate possible!!! My opinion 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again Rob!
