My current agent, Kristian Sinardo at State Farm, New Hartford NY, is nothing short of a stellar performer. Hes handled issues for me that were left unresolved for long periods of time. Id given up hope that theyd ever be fixed. Kristian changed all that. Kristian keeps working the issues and remains in contact until he resolves it. He doesnt pass it off to somebody else or blow you off, he keeps after it until its resolved. I appreciate his support and everything that hes done to simplify my insurance needs. I also love that he actually answers the phone & I don’t have to go through an automated system like all other companies . He is so professional & he actually cares !
