Life his enthusiasm his excitement u can tell he truly cares about his customers and not only getting them the best deal possible but also educating them as well with certain things. Which it’s cool it’s like not only am I getting a great deal but I’m getting information from a guy who knows his stuff. In the past I’ve dealt with ppl who just try to stiff you to make themselves look good. And it turns u off quickly. If I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it to be with ppl who care. Once I came down in person after speaking on the phone with luis I smiled and soft this is my guy. I had to make the switch from Geico to state. We need more guys like Luis, ultimate car guy!

Ken Hamilton Christine Westfall knows how to effectively run this business. She knows what she is talking about when it comes to multiple kinds of insurance. If she is uncertain, shell tell you and request to follow up. There is no bs between you and this insurance agent. She is always there to be one step ahead of you. She worked with us from start to finish on our insurance needs and never rushed us in and out. This was a month,long process -if that doesnt speak volumes of the business she does, then I dont know what would.
