Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

Sean Christie This office has been charging my father for insurance since March 2024 after we sent them a DMV return notice that we no longer have the vehicle in March 2024. They have been charging my father who has dementia every single month. I have provided them with proof that I returned it. The gentleman I sent it to his name is rich. I have asked Laura to call me multiple times with no response. My next step is going to consult an attorney. This should be a crime. This is ridiculous.

Lorenzo Sibilia Nicole was able to set me up with a new policy and canceled my plan with my current insurer in less than 30 minutes. Ive been meaning to change my provider for years but never wanted to because I didnt want to deal with the hassle. Working with Nicole made me wish I made the switch years ago. John Molloy Dealing with insurance categorically sucks, but the secretaries are very kind and thorough, the agents are professional, prompt, and attentive to detail. They do a good job of giving it a “small hometown business” feel which makes a big difference when you’re navigating the system. Nobody wants to deal with insurance, but since you gotta, you might as well work with these guys. Joanne took great care of me this week and I can confidently say I’d recommend her and the rest of the team to anyone I know.
