I was with Riccardo and he did my paperwork and got a cheap plan 307$ for months and asking for down payment 1800$ and I pay by credit cards after one month I received a letter from progressive my insurance was get up price and need to pay 7740$ after few days. I was in the hospital for my heart surgery and came back to see this letter. I went to the roth agent and I spoke to same guy Riccardo he said I need some paperwork and i give him all of it but he didn’t do anything and he left my paperwork front his table and he went vacation. Then i go talk with Frank the owner and he was telling me call tomorrow morning 9 am then he said he will fix today before 5 pm but what happened? Nothing any change my insurance cancelled after 12 am I lose my insurance and just 2 months I have progressive insurance. I lost my down payments 1800 and insurance with on credit balance with progressive 4800$ balance in top of my account. i found out 1800$ his pocket not for insurance company. this was for agent. These people do not help. They need money for them in pocket. They’re playing games with people. I just get car insurance I went emergency and get heart surgery back home i see my car insurance plan is charged for higher prices. I’ve never seen any company have service as bad as Roth & Co. Inc. office. Don’t play with people. Don’t get money with bad service. Karma will follow up with you. We work hard to make our money, you all should be ashamed

5 /5 Paola Vasquez: Loved this business! They’ve been super helpful and nice to me, Eric and Ric are the best! Both super kind and informative about all questions customers have. However I’d stay away from the middle age white lady with the accent, she always rushes you and refuses to help if you ask questions, I wish she could get fired from that great company. ❤️Besides that, I love this insurance company. I highly recommend it! 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 /5 William cox: Stay away, they are a rip-off. The guy I dealt with Ricardo was very arrogant And argumentative. Trying to charge $2,000 down. Parking was terrible Customer service was terrible and theyre more expensive than any other company. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

2 /5 Frank Schaefer: I spent weeks trying to get my car insurance rate lowered after I completed a defensive driving course. Called the office multiple times trying to get this done and was told multiple times I would get a call back, only to seemingly be forgotten until I called them back days later. It always seemed like they didn’t know what I was talking about because every time I was on the phone with them, I was told to take a defensive driving course even though that’s why I was calling them to begin with. I wanted to be patient because I understand that they’re probably busy but I am frustrated because my new policy started today and I was forced to pay more than I intended to this month and feel like my time has been wasted. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and this has taught me to just not use an Insurance Agent again in the future, I was able to find a rate by myself in 15 minutes that was over $100 less monthly than what I’m paying right now. If only I did this weeks ago then I would not have had to pay a ridiculous price for insurance this month. I was naive to believe they would help me in time.
