5 /5 Samarra Mbenga: An absolutely wonderful experience today resigning up with this Agency! I worked with Adam directly a few years ago when I got into a minor accident. Even though he had no idea who I was, my agent retired and I was transferred automatically only a few days before, he listened and provided what I needed with ease and compassion. And another time when a “bomb” was thrown on my sun roof when I was 14 hours away from home and I had no idea what to do or how I was going to drive back home with an open sun roof, I was greeted with nothing but compassion and efficiency. I was connected with a wonderful shop that did something temporary but strong so I could get home safely. I was then connected with the place that fixed the sun roof once I returned home! All flawless and with ease! I’d been a customer for over a decade but had never been in an accident. To experience everything being taken care of during such a stressful time was invaluable. Recently, I needed to save money and I decided to change my insurance. This time I got Anthony, the office manager and he answered my questions so thoroughly that I knew exactly what I needed to do. I hung up going, “man, I don’t want to leave. Ok, I’m going to have to go back in a year or two.” It is only 3 months later and I am back. The systems, the service, the clarity provided by this office has been stellar and peace of mind is everything period! That is priceless at all times. So, now I have peace of mind, more coverage because I have more money and my policy actually costs less than where I went because what they said ended up not being true!!!!!
