5 /5 Emily Beretvas: I’ve been working with this locally owned business for many years now and never once had a bad experience. All of the staff are so helpful and informative. I would 100% recommend working with this company.

1 /5 Josie Angley: If I could have no stars to give them I would not have given them any! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! This insurance agency is fraudulent. Do not pay them your monthly payment they hold on to them and it cost me to have to change insurance companies because they wanted me to pay my premiums in full at the beginning of the year because Debbie Geraci holds on to your money and if that wasnt bad enough she never canceled the policy and I was sent to collection. She is a Liar do not trust anything she says because it’s not true. She does not follow up on anything. She said that she was in touch with the insurance company for a month. She was telling me that she had called them and canceled the policy and she never did. It wasn’t until I called and fixed it. She’s a thief, incompetent, unprofessional. I hope the Attorney General’s office sees this because they need to investigate their activities!

5 /5 Chella Wolfe: The woman at the counter was an absolute delight to speak to, unsure of why earlier reviews state otherwise. I will absolutely be suggesting my friend/family speak to those at Geraci Insurance going forward!

1 /5 Mark Eisner: When I called, the short tempered lady hung up. I thought, try again. I did twice, and she placed the phones on answering machine. This was an initial call for auto quotes, and I found out all I will need about their arrogance. Avoid and go elsewhere!

1 /5 Eriklejd Cupa: I called their office to get a quote and the assistant took all my information and said they would call shortly. I waited 2 weeks and they never called. I called again and same thing happened. Please dont go here, it seems these people dont really care about servicing you. Very rude.
