Jonathan Bisson I casually reached out to Kaplan to see if I could save some money on my auto and renters policies. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that amount was $600+ per year with equivalent coverage under another company. Jill was a fantastic agent throughout the process. Her communication was prompt and supportive, and she was an excellent collaborator in finalizing the policies and responding to my questions. Hollie Southern I have been with this agency for over 15 years. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone who works their! Mike always goes out of his way to help. His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he cant get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate. Trish has such a great down to earth personality. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Alliance has been nothing but helpful. Stan It was the best experience I ever had with insurance people. and I would recommend them to anybody who would love to change. and have people that care about you and your family. They are so willing to take the time and explain everything to you about what you need to get for your insurance and they let you know if you should get something a little bit better or if you are okay with what you want they will not force you to take more Insurance than what you need but they are willing to help you and explain everything to you about what you can get. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants to be part of a family thats willing to speak to you and take the time to explain stuff to you about all their different stuff that they offer. Plus you can call them with the smallest of questions to the biggest of questions and they will take the time to explain it to you and if you dont understand it they will take the time to explain it to you it doesnt matter how long it takes as long as you understand what you are getting and that I believe is their main goal is that you understand what you are getting. And their prices are really good they saved me over $200 per month

Michael Cappy I helped a friend of mine search for a vehicle after hers was totaled out. The check they cut her was a dishonest low-ball. The comparable vehicles they used were over 3 hours away. They gave her 1800 for a 3k vehicle. She called about the offer and they agreed to up it a few hundred dollars ( which she was happy with). Once the check finally came it was the original low ball offer. After weeks of waiting and missing out on several vehicles. All her calls have been ignored. Shame on Robert Amey or Anthony Day for taking advantage of a young woman!!! One of them offered her more and one of them sent the lower. the worst part about it was getting the title to them so they can sell the totaled car at auction. Horrible experience and she was forced to buy a car that doesnt even come close to what she had. The one screenshot below is the upped offer they never sent.
