Farmers Insurance - Adil Fala - Latham (NY)

1 /5 N: Agent doesn’t know much when comes to claims part of insurance! He won’t fight for you and just does what company says. I would think twice before purchasing insurance!! Trust me!!!!! When the going gets tough the agent is nowhere to be found!!! Sad!!!! I did everything w out the agent. He was not knowledgeable Sold a bare minimum policy w non recoverable depreciation. Who does that???? There is a matching endorsement, he never offered that!! How will he make it right!!

Also he has the patience of a Saint ( I could be quite difficult at times ) very knowledgeable would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for phenomenal customer service and very understanding AWESOME MIKE that is his new name for me

5 /5 Ahmed Salah: Service is great with competitive rates. I have all family auto policies with this office. Also, I have a commercial and 2 homes policies. Adil is a gentleman with an outstanding service. He responds to requests promptly and is willing to help after hour and in weekends if possible. He never let me down.
