Lizzy Trott Jodi is THE best!!!!! Im very grateful to have her as an insurance agent. She stays on top of what companies have the best policies/prices, is proactive in making changes to my policy based on my needs and where money can be saved. She responds to any questions that I have PROMPTLY and never makes me feel silly or stupid when I ask for clarification! I cant say enough about how great she is and I hope to always have her as an insurance agent!!!

She even tracked down clarification on a topic that wasn’t clearly laid out in the documentation. It’s exceptional to place a support call knowing that it’s going to actually be a pleasure and not something slow and drawn out.
