1 /5 William Bey: Went to office two weeks ago for insurance quotes Met with Paul Wolf he said he would get back to me later that day or the next day I haven’t heard anything from him yet I called three times he’s with a client or he’s out of the office when I asked when will he be back the girl on the phone said I don’t know you would think when the owner leaves the office he would tell his receptionist when he should be back I left my number there or four times and never a call back don’t waste your time with this insurance agent

1 /5 Alicia Digati: Worst insurance I have ever delt with in 18 years of having insurance. Larry lied to me over and over stating he was going to take care of our assessment that he claims was done incorrectly and not to worry about the cancelation we received as he was going to submit his own after coming out to our house to do his own assessment. After reaching out to him several times to confirm we were not being cancelled and him confirming "we were all set with the company" we were infact canceled and he never notified us. I would have been perfectly fine changing back to the company we were coming from if I was told the truth about being cancelled. Unfortunately Larry lying to us which lead to a lapse in our home owners insurance. This will be filed with the bbb with all the proof of messages of him lying several times. I would never ever recommend this company to insurance anything. Be careful.

5 /5 BJ Stack 4th: Ive been with the Paul Wolf Agency for over 10 years and they have been great. Their customer service is so much better than those big insurance companies and they are always available to answer questions. With the Paul Wolf Agency my rates are lower than I was able to find from anyone else in the area.

1 /5 Amy Crosson: I was referred by a good friend. I called twice. Gave all my information (both times, to two different people), never got a call or email back. I was really disappointed. Don’t make the same mistake I did, go somewhere that wants your business.

5 /5 Marc DiLeo: Where do I begin? I don’t normally write reviews but I must give credit where it is due. Jake is an outstanding representative for the Paul Wolf Agency. He goes above and beyond and brings a new definition to “customer satisfaction”. Stand up guy and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Very handsome voice!
