1 /5 Diana Yankelevits: Today, I tried to contact my state Farm Agent using the phone number listed under his name in the Renewal Policy. It turned out to be a non-working number. My business is software so I consider myself computer literate. Today, I wanted to pay my home insurance premium on line. My valid Password was rejected. So, I re-enter a new password which met State Farm password security standard and each login attempt using the new password was rejected. After several failed attempts, to resolve the issue via the pigheaded robotics help, I contact State Farm requesting to speak with an agent and was notified that I am #37 in line for assistance. Based upon my experience today and a prior incident I rate State Farm customer support zero on a scale from one to ten.
