Shell Ive been a customer for many years. Once they had professional, excellent customer service but those people are long gone. Club agency was informed when I called my insurance company to update my phone number. Im also shopping for other insurance but the company isnt writing any new policies in my area. Instead of having the common decency to call me, someone at club agency wrote up a quote (guess-timating numbers). I noticed the email well after their 5pm closing time. They are closed on weekends. People think they are a division of AAA and it helps them get new customers all the time. They are an independent agency.

Lisa Ashton Unfortunately we sustained some damage to our boat & had to file a claim . As usual , Stephen made the process so smooth & easy for us ! I know he immediately started the claim on his end because within hours I was contacted by a rep from the insurance. Company . I also love that he actually answers the phone & I don’t have to go through an automated system like all other companies . He is so professional & he actually cares ! Reassured us to call back if we had any questions or concerns . I love this company !
