I live in Syracuse and was pleased to find that their offices were within five miles of my home. I have dealt with Jackie, Tina Holgate, and Paul Holgate. They are all friendly, welcoming, and provide exemplary customer service. Paul and Tina handle Medicare enrollment and all things Medicare. I’m almost 65 and knew very little about enrolling, but Paul is extremely knowledgeable. In about two hours, I was enrolled in what I felt was the best plan for my needs. Paul made it easy!
