Judith Helf Last year, I moved from my former insurer to State Farm for my homeowners insurance. It was a simple process, and all went smoothly. This year, it is complicated by the fact that I am selling my house just weeks after my insurance policy is due for renewal, AND I was seeking advice on renter’s insurance. I knew that I would benefit from some guidance and a bit more personal attention this year. It was my lucky day when Aaron Marshall Bobb happened to be the one who picked up the phone when I called last week.It is a delight to work with him: efficient, knowledgeable, available, respectful, friendly…..all this PLUS a sense of humor (much appreciated at what was a very stressful time for me!) He took care of everything and made it all seem easy. Mr. Bobb is a wonderful addition to the Agency. We had no idea that an insurance agent could be so helpful! Ed is amazing - in the first year he saved us $$$ just by looking into our policies and talking through our options. He is honest about what coverage is essential for our needs, and what coverage is optional and may not be as useful to our personal needs. Every time Ive had a question he answers it right away with an email, or a phone call, or both! I would give Ed a hundred stars if that were an option. :)

His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he cant get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate.
