They are evasive and will happily take your premiums for years and not even clearly explain coverage, just so they can deny claims when they occur. I just cancelled my policy after 3 years with them.

Their toll free number directed me to options for savings or checking accounts!? My vehicle was damaged by a customer of theirs and the only way to reach anyone was by email, which sometimes was answered promptly, other times no response at all.
