1 /5 Steve Radomski: I received a quote for insuring my house and 2 barns and was fully explained what the coverage offered. After I payed for the Insurance in full, a letter was sent to my house stating that the 2 barns were not being covered due to "wind" occurring in the area. Keep in mind these barns are located on the tug hill plateau where wind and snow occurs every single day! Just a way out for this insurance company to not cover property if something happens. If they would have told me this upfront this would have been a non issue. To tell me after the fact that I payed in full is unsat. Completely unprofessional and a bad way to do business. Switching insurance agencies as soon as possible.
