That was absolutely true! Sherry Toedt took my call and signed me up. She was remarkably patient, professional and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I called at the end of the day. I thought she might ask me to call back in the morning. Instead, she went right to work processing my coverage. It was a relief to have the coverage. I did notice that Toedt Insurance has many 5-star reviews. Now, I know why.

The agency ran policy quotes for me and was extremely timely in their follow up. I ultimately stuck with my existing carrier for reasons beyond the agency’s control but they deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.

Jordan Brown One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️

I called and had the good fortune to meet Kelli. She has been nothing short of amazing. Anytime I have a question, concern, or need she is always there to support my husband and me. She displays such warmth and empathy towards our situations, she’s like working with a close friend. We appreciate all that she has done for us.
