It was my lucky day when Aaron Marshall Bobb happened to be the one who picked up the phone when I called last week.It is a delight to work with him: efficient, knowledgeable, available, respectful, friendly…..all this PLUS a sense of humor (much appreciated at what was a very stressful time for me!) He took care of everything and made it all seem easy. Mr. Bobb is a wonderful addition to the Agency. Nanette Whinnery Insurance these days is crazy but you need to keep your head that its NOT the agents fault. Jeff and I go back a bit because Ive always played the lower rate game. Hes easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didnt know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.
