Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening. Alexander Juda I absolutely loved my ring— Vania and David were so kind and generous and insistent on me getting the most incredible ring possible. She sat me down and showed me every single gem and material to make the ring with— she even measured every finger of mine that didn’t have a ring on it just in case I changed my mind. She was very patient and excited to help me create my own custom ring! It was a phenomenal experience- I recommend Vania and David to every single ring-wearer. I would, definitely, do this again.

A J David is fabulous and made my entire experience amazing. He took as much time as I needed to work through selling some jewelry as that can be an emotional event. After, he quickly came up with some beautiful designs to use the stones that remained. I absolutely love the rings he designed for me. Jewelry that had been stuffed away, broken or too small has now been transformed. Every day I have beauty and wonderful memories glimmering up at me. I am so thankful for Davids patience and skill. I am thrilled to put these on in the morning. (The picture doesnt really do them justice.) So go and see for yourself. You will walk out grinning.

Eryn Geller Bell Family Jewelers did an amazing job on my wedding band! I was originally going to buy my band from an online retailer, but I remembered that I had been to Bell Family Jeweler in the past to have my engagement ring cleaned and decided to stop by so that I could get an accurate band size. I’m so glad I did. Harry was friendly and so knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to “sell” me anything. It truly felt like he was relaying information and advice as an expert, not as a salesman. The total price I paid was less than I expected to pay through the online retailer, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this businesses for any jewelry needs you might have.

Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and I hope to do business with her at Gerald Peters soon enough!! Would highly recommend stopping in for luxury watches at any price range.

Melody melendez I shopped here for the first time and the girl, joselyn was so helpful. I don’t know much about jewelry or styling and she made sure i was comfortable with the pieces i had and that they looked good. Definitely would return here for some more in the future.

Christina Broecker Mills is amazing. They created a custom engagement & wedding band for us. I’ve also had them repair older jewelry. Adding lost diamond chips & fixing prongs. They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).
