I walked in just to browse for a watch, and within seconds a salesman came right up to me, offered me a drink, and asked how he could help. Super friendly and welcoming. He quickly introduced me to Ali, who was a total pleasure to work with. A little background my aunt was a jeweler in Buffalo for over 55 years. After she passed, I had a hard time finding a new place I could trust. Well, I found it. Reeds is the real deal. Their selection is incredible, especially if you’re into high-end timepieces, and the entire staff is there to guide you without any pressure. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This is the kind of place I’ll keep coming back to and so will my kids one day. I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed.

From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly and professional, providing regular updates throughout the process. When my watch arrived, Ashley took the time to carefully explain all of its features and made sure the sizing was perfect. Brian helped me design a ring for my mother that came out beautifully and that she loves. Jen also helped me with a Tudor watch purchase which has become my new favorite, and I hope to do more business with her in purchasing my first Rolex watch in the near future. 5 /5 Ronald Perry: I found Reeds Jewelers after seeing that the two Rolex Jewelers in Rochester were no longer dealers. I will admit that driving to Amherst to introduce ones self was not my most favorite thing. Once there, I realized why this was Important. The staff at Reeds got to know me and got an understanding of how interested I was in upgrading to a newer Rolex. In addition, I got to see the most impressive jewelry store I have ever been in. I have been wearing a Rolex timepiece since 1978, and I was interested in upgrading to an Oyster steel/gold Sea Dweller. The staff, Susan, Shannon, and Jennifer made the process most enjoyable. I will admit that after waiting months to purchase a Sea Dweller.... I freely admit that finding one was not going to happen. Jennifer kept me in the loop and assured me that the purchase will happen. It finally did and I was overjoyed!
