Dolly was phenomenal, she guided me and my fiancé through every step of the process. We brought in my fiancée’s grandmother’s diamond ring, hoping to rework it into something uniquely hers. Magnolia brought our vision to life, sharing detailed CAD designs before crafting a flawless final piece that exceeded our expectations. Their in-house team completed everything in under a month, and the pricing was more than fair for such exceptional craftsmanship. Highly recommend Magnolia for any jewelry needs.

We never felt pressured to purchase anything. We ended up designing my own engagement ring and were able to watch the ring get set which was a very special experience. 5 /5 Madison Davis: I took my grandmothers 18K gold ring with gemstones in to be resized, and Dolly was incredibly helpful. She fit me for it and made good suggestions. The turnaround was very quick--less than three hours. When I picked it up, it was the perfect fit, and very clean! The price was also fair. I would definitely visit Magnolia again for resizing, as well as future purchases.

5 /5 T G: Had such a good experience here! Brought in my jade pendant that was attached to a red string, they helped me find a suitable attachment and pick out a matching chain. They were able to make the attachment within 1-2 hours and I was able to pick it up the same day! Highly recommend coming here. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry as well.
