1 /5 Melissa Fox: Incompetent people. If they cannot handle certain things customers want, do not take it on. I brought in a citrine pendant to add a back so it would sit straight on my chest. The guy with a thick accent told me its worth nothing to start with. That should of been a sign not to proceed but I did. I dont live in staten island so I had to pay a toll every time. 3 times they could not get the setting right and then the jeweler cracked the stone. I only noticed when I was away so I wanted to make sure it was handled accordingly. I didnt trust them and just wanted my money back and they wanted to submit to insurance but had no record of my transaction so relied on me for receipts. They said they would give me a new stone but since that guy made the comment I didnt trust him so I just wanted my money back for the stone and the backing and thats when he stopped responding to my emails. I had to contact my credit card and whatever he told them- I am out 500$.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEEEEE

1 /5 Sheryl Quijano: I went here to have my tennis bracelet appraised. With only glasses on she was telling me how so many diamonds were cracked, chipped and poor quality. For a photo appraisal, she would have to send it out. No...Then she used the eye piece. Showed me, looked fine to me. Compared mine to others bracelets they had. She told me to go back to macys and demand a better quality bracelet. I went to Goff jewelers instead. Treated excellently. Appraised my bracelet with photos, without comparing it to other items. Told me it was a very good quality. Not the best buy very good. Treated us with respect
