1 /5 J W: I went in to the agency for assistance and the owner Catherine was rude from the get go talking to me through a glass door in her office. She then started yelling and would not allow me to speak. She kept on cutting me off while I was trying to explain what was going on she then advised that she had to leave to go to a Dr appointment & told her agent Morgan to handle my situation. She was VERY unprofessional. They seem to only assist who they want to assist. I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable to have to deal with that type of treatment in a place of business. Also While I was in the office waiting I observed certain agents put customers who were calling in to make a payment on hold then get back on the phone shortly after and advise those customers that the system was down so that they can avoid assisting the customers with payments over the phone during that time. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. For someone who has been a business owner for over 20 yrs you would think she knows how to treat customers. This is ridiculous. If I could leave a no star rating I would!

5 /5 Denny Nikolopoulos: I’ve been with this agency for over 14 years, and I don’t live around the area anymore for the past 10 years. So what does that tell you. If you want peace of mind and know who you’re talking to on the other end. Then look no further. you’re welcome.

1 /5 Sho Moto: Customer service rep could not answer my questions about my upcoming renewal. I have been with Nationwide since 1988. I have had several different agents as people retire and agencies get sold. I never needed much help When I started with Catherine she was all gung-ho. As time went on she became more difficult to contact. It is all about the sales. Service is non-existent. Maybe, it is time for a change. Change is good. Nationwide wont be happy about losing a customer. It never looks good for the agent, especially when they send you the survey.

1 /5 Nicole Schettino: This company has been nothing short from disrespectful and unprofessional. Glad that they record calls so maybe the regional manager can check into this. I couldn’t believe the response I got when I called in with some concerns of my current and renewing policy in place. Marci herself cut me off as I expressed I had concerns and told me she had a call coming in from ANOTHER customer and that she was too busy and started speaking over me so I couldn’t express myself, then had the audacity to get snippy when I told her how unprofessional that was. As if I’m not a paying customer myself. I work within customer care and I was so taken back by the unprofessionalism I experienced and even more shocked to learn that she was indeed the manager when I asked to speak to a higher up. The service I received is disgusting with the amount I pay. A simple explanation would’ve sent me on my way, but to dismiss me? She directed me to contact my insurance directly in which I did who they then partnered me with another local agency who is so sweet and helpful. I hope nobody else experiences this type of treatment. I am 8 months pregnant and left the call shaking from the experience. If I could rate this agency 0 stars I would!

5 /5 Jenn Regen: This place is amazing. The representatives and agents seem very professional and knowledgeable. I always have an amazing experience here and they always focus on getting me the best rate! I would highly recommend.
