5 /5 Kyle Januszkiewicz: In every experience I’ve had with the Buffalo Comparion sales team member(s), they’ve always addressed every concern I had and were fully transparent through the sales process. I’ve gone through this office twice now for two different insurance products and each time they presented me with several options to pick from and build a package specific for me(while also sharing their personal recommendations for coverage options based on their experience along the way). Each time was a low stress hassle free experience and were very timely in responding back to me. I highly recommend getting in touch Brad or Jill based on my experience, but any Comparion Buffalo agent will meet and exceed your insurance needs!

2 /5 Money S: I initially had a positive experience working with Donna Medina to set up two life insurance policies. However, when it came to the second policy and additional information was needed, communication became an issue. Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, Donna has been unresponsive and difficult to reach. Ive had to take the initiative to contact the third party myself and go through extra steps to get any updates on my policy. I appreciate the assistance provided initially, but due to the lack of communication and follow up has been disappointing.

2 /5 maryrdable: I don’t know what happened to Comparion. I’ve been with them for as long as I can remember and was always satisfied. However, they put me on “auto-pilot.” No communication, even when our rates skyrocketed twice! Using a broker I’d hope for better communication vs calling the carrier’s 1-800 number. When I notified Anthony that I was leaving Comparion, I received *no guidance* from my Broker to cancel my current policies. Extremely disappointed.

5 /5 jonathan riley: Nichole did an exceptional job reviewing my insurance needs. I initially started off shopping around for better rates for my car and received so much more. In today’s world many people are quick to make a sale or only fulfill the initial ask leaving people with the wrong solution or miss opportunity to help more. Nichole was different, she spent the time to really understand my needs and asked great additional questions around other expects of my life. In return she recommended solutions and coverage I didn’t think about. I feel better informed and having the right coverage for all my car, home, and life needs. I would highly recommend a conversation with Nichole and experience her expertise yourself!

My agent is consistently on top of shopping out apples-to-apples rates before renewals, and is quick to respond to questions and concerns. It takes the work off my plate and saves me money.
