Angie Darlington This place is horrible. I have closed my account 5 months ago. When I call to let them know they are still sending me balance due messages, they put me on hold and never came back to speak with me. Why are you not closing my account? You are using bullying tactics and it will not work with me. I open this for my grandson 10 years ago within my Credit Union. Now that his parents are financial situation I know longer need this policy. So I decided to close my account at least 5 months ago. I am not interested in doing business with businesses such as your company and the likes thereof. Please Close my account immediately, I will not be sending anymore payments to you. Behzod Vafo Ive been a client of this insurance broker for 8 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Even though Ive only visited their office a couple of times, theyve handled everything smoothly over the phone and by email throughout the years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and take the time to explain things clearly. Right now, Im in the process of transferring my license plate to a new vehicle, and they patiently walked me through the entire process. John Rehbein “ I have had a great relationship with Allstate for many years. I have multiple policies for my home, truck and snowmobile. When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years. My credit score has improved over the years and she was able to quote me a price so that I could stay with Allstate. She even took care of cancelling the policy that I purchased from State Farm. Ron Linhart I have been a customer for about 20 years for my home, auto, rv, boat, motorcycle, and business. Insurance is the biggest expense I have, although a necessary one. Recently I have been thinking about getting other quotes. Before I could do so I had a tree fall on my home. I was advised the best way to take care of the damage and emailed receipts for several thousand dollars the following week. The NEXT DAY Debbie called me to pick up the check! Paid in full, right out of her account. Unbelievable customer service, right? Well I lost the check. I called her this morning to ask her to stop the check. Later the same day I had a new check in hand. I asked to pay the stop payment fee, but she wouldnt take it. I decided I dont need to shop for insurance. I dont know if I could have saved a few bucks, but I do know that the service Debbie gave me is the reason I have insurance in the first place. Thank you Debbie!
