Trumper Insurance - Spring Valley (NY)

Christa C We werent thrilled with our previous Allstate agent of 8 years, so we switched to Ed Brys based on a recommendation from a friend. We had no idea that an insurance agent could be so helpful! Ed is amazing - in the first year he saved us $$$ just by looking into our policies and talking through our options. He is honest about what coverage is essential for our needs, and what coverage is optional and may not be as useful to our personal needs. Every time Ive had a question he answers it right away with an email, or a phone call, or both! I would give Ed a hundred stars if that were an option. :)

Jeff Johnson Rob is just an absolutely awesome guy! And is willing to do whatever it takes to get you the best deal possible. My 20 year old daughter is buying her first brand new car. She got a quote from her current insurance company for $400 dollars per month and I almost fell over. I contacted Rob to see if we could get that lower. After Rob took the time to contact cooperate because my daughter is buying a 2024 model year. And having them upload that model year in the system because it’s too early for those rates to be available. Rob was able to get my daughters quote to $140 per month! Rob saved my daughter $260 per month!! And quickly too! This man will do everything in his power to get you the best rate possible!!! My opinion 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again Rob! We look forward to many years of you as our agent!

William Perry One of the best insurance agents Ive ever worked with! Very attentive and responsive. Helps resolve any issues that come up as they occasionally do in insurance matters, but with Robert on top of it, I never had to worry.
