Rates are competitive, especially with bundle discounts. Some policy details were unclear at first, but overall, they’re a reliable choice for insurance. Samandar was really helpful

The team at Bonnie Collins State Farm Agency have been every bit as helpful and courteous as any agency I’ve been associated with. Abbie Stamp has worked hard to get us the coverage we needed and has been very pleasant to work with.

Brendan Peck I went through Urbanski because my Dad insisted on it. Initially when I called, I was told I had to come in because "they dont do business over the phone" in 2025. Immediately I didnt want to go with them because thats just outdated. I sign up for my policy anyway and went through progressive. We paid all of the 6 month up front. A month later, I get a notification on that it has been cancelled. I call progressive and the bank to ensure everything was correct, the bank says there was never a payment they declined and theres plenty of money to pay the 6 month premium Urbanski had no information for me and didnt even know it was cancelled. Progressive ends up telling me they cannot sign me a policy in NYS at all now that it happened once. Basically, this boils down to an issue of entering the card information incorrectly or something on the Agency side is what I was told. Now I cant go through progressive at all, have to pay more through the next lowest company, and will not be going through Urbanski for anything anymore. Should have trusted my gut or checked the reviews before just trusting them. Look anywhere else. Update: Finally got them on the phone today. Let the rude old man know that I didnt appreciate being screwed out of a policy with Progressive, he simply said "okay goodbye" with no apologoy or anything whatsoever. He was cutting me off the entire time I was explaining what happened and how we arrived at the fact that he screwed everything up. No apology. Kept saying "did you call progressive?" Each time I spoke. Isnt the entire reason we go through an agency so that they can do this stuff for us? This is hands down the worst experience Ive ever had as a customer.

Professor Rivera EXCELLENT Customer Service. I have dealt with 3 insurance agencies in Broome and by far the BEST in Service, Quality and they dont forget the HUMAN touch! Best quotes above at least 5 others that Ive asked about over the last 7 years. They take the aggravation of dealing with insurance issues out! LOVE working with Courtney Harris. She has been my contact over the last 4 years and has saved me $$$100s. The folks at the office have also made issues, like switching cars and moving/selling houses, non-issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gerald Sturgill Lena was super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had concerns and questions about starting a new policy for my vehicle. She was able to listen to my concerns and address all of my needs. She is an all-star and so wonderful at her job. I had switched from Progressive after they started providing me with worse service, and I was reluctant to switch, but she made the process so easy, and I was pleased with everything.

Sue Gettings Maureen always is very helpful with anything that I might need. Very Professional. I always save money so that is a big plus.
