She was able to listen to my concerns and address all of my needs. She is an all-star and so wonderful at her job. I had switched from Progressive after they started providing me with worse service, and I was reluctant to switch, but she made the process so easy, and I was pleased with everything.

I am a senior and a snowbird in Mississippi and I needed something picked up at the DMV and Sandy at the office, went and took care of it for me. It certainly wasnt in her job description, but she went the extra mile. That is not the first time that that office went the extra mile. If youre looking for a dependable and responsible agency to carry your insurance, they really are extremely good. I had an accident two or three years ago and it only took one phone call and everything was taken care of very professionally.
