Sean Christie This office has been charging my father for insurance since March 2024 after we sent them a DMV return notice that we no longer have the vehicle in March 2024. They have been charging my father who has dementia every single month. I have provided them with proof that I returned it. The gentleman I sent it to his name is rich. I have asked Laura to call me multiple times with no response. My next step is going to consult an attorney. This should be a crime. This is ridiculous.

Craig Smith simplified this process for me and answered all my many, maybe sometimes silly questions, with patience. D B Ultra high premiums and coverage that is abysmal. So many exclusions as to make your policy worthless to you should you have a claim. They also underwrite so as to make a profit off of every policy. Pay off the thing by any means instead of giving these people money for a worthless insurance product.
