Particularly valuable is that State Farm gives Johns agency the authority to handle certain claims through his office which is quite unusual. She was immediately responsive to my phone calls, answered the questions I had in a professional manner, and provided clear direction for what was needed to file a claim for a fallen tree in my back yard.
