K. J. Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.

I just refinanced my home and although we provided proof of insurance, but the mortgage holder did not get it. The mortgage co. was going to purchase insurance for me and bill me for it. Mona Kelley State Farm has been our insurance provider since 1980, they have always been fair with us thru 4 hurricanes and responded swiftly and professionally. We were customers of “ coach Enos “ and followed Deann to her new home with Jim Mitchell and now Christine Bailey, this girl is awesome, ALWAYS taking or returning our calls in a timely manner, even after hours ( I’m talking 8 pm. ) to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied, time and space doesn’t permit me to do this lady justice, she’s fantastic and as long as she’s in the business we will be with her.
