1 /5 LaQuina Wilson: This rating is for the company in general not this location!! These people are horrific to say the least. I hardly ever rate people but my first non fault accident with these people was just horrible. I was treated like the person at fault instead of the victim. They will lie about insurance quotes and if you’re not paying attention, they will charge you something totally different monthly! I can’t even begin to describe the rudeness of these people. It seems like no one had customer service skills. Maybe my mistake was doing everything online but this is one company that I will never go back to!
