After the April 2020 hailstorm in Benton, LA Joe personally dropped by our home within hours to check on us and our home. The claims process went smoothly and all paperwork was streamlined and intuitive. I highly recommend you give Joe a shot. I left USAA who did a fine job too but having someone local who knows my family and takes a hands-on approach is indispensable.
