Alanna Shea Farm Bureau is absolutely amazing! They always always take care of everyone! All the people who work there are great and friendly and make you feel so comfortable! I always have and always will recommend them to anyone! Not only are they great with their customer service but the prices are amazing as well! They always work with you on everything! And the two ladies at this particular office are awesome and sweet! They are happy to assist and always have a friendly smile on their face! I just left the office the other day and felt so good about my time there that I made it a point to come and write a review. They’ve always been great but I definitely feel I should share this and let people know that this is where you need to come! I also know Steven Vaughn from my last job and he is the nicest guy I’ve ever met so either way either place you’re going to be taken care of. Warren Jackson My name is Warren jackson i filed a claim with this company sep 15 2021 it is now November 24 2021 my home is very damage i been trying almost every week to contact someone at that company to see what going on with my claim on my home when i do get the claim rep on the phone he tell they have everything and he doesnt need anything more from me but he said that the claim is over due and it should have been paid off by now still i dont have check from them for repair it looks like am going to need a lawyer this is my next step
