Suzanne Coutee Saw Stephen’s commercial during local morning news. Was in town to care for my parent who was ill and is a retiree on medicare. Thought it was good to review my parents healthcare coverage during open enrollment. So glad I did. Made an appointment with Stephen and he was patient and thorough when explaining the different options that would best suit my mom. We also discovered My mom was paying for coverage that she could get for free by changing to a different provider. Thank you Stephen so much for your help. I encourage all children of parents that are on Medicare to make an appointment with Stephen to review their current plan and possibly save thousands of dollars in healthcare costs.

heru heru I’ll be real, walking into SurfSide Affordable Auto Insurance on St Francis downtown Wichita, I wasn’t in the best mood. My wife and I just bought our first car here in the U.S., and every other place we checked made cheap car insurance sound impossible, like we didn’t belong. The agent here was slow at first, which annoyed me, but once we sat down he actually explained liability vs full coverage clearly. The monthly premium wasn’t perfect, but it was affordable auto insurance that finally felt fair.

Sunshine Martinez I made my insurance payment over the weekend 6/20/25, but the payment didnt show up in the system. I called Freeway and spoke with several people but all they could tell me was that they didnt see the payment. I received a text stating that my insurance was canceled so I panicked and went into a local office. I explained my situation to Jen and she immediately gave me peace of mind saying that the company was aware of the situation. She told me to email her my proof of payment and she will take care of everything and contact me when everything is fixed. She did just that ! She emailed me later in the day to let me know that she submitted the ticket, and she contacted me this morning to confirm that everything was correct and I indeed have car insurance. The thing that pleased me was that she told me what she was going to do and kept her promise. Give Jen a raise she deserves it good customer service should be rewarded!

Sara Stover Tara & Jeffrey have always helped us out with everything we needed. There have been times that we really needed to get COI for new brokers, or adding new drivers to our policy, etc & it was getting close to closing time & Tara would do whatever she could to get it taken care of before she left for the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Bayou insurance is the way to go for insurance for trucking companys.
