1 /5 Vanessa Smith: Flagged me several times for insurance lapse even though I reenstated each time save your money and go somewhere else because now I owe over 1,000 at the DMV. They give you ridiculous high prices I was paying almost $800 a month for three vehicles it was horrible and unaffordable for us. I switched to freeway insurance went in person by NE Evangeline thruway they took good care of me and my family now I am paying $245 a month for all three vehicles and one has full coverage. I will never go back to go auto nor recommend to anyone out there. Please what ever you do do not give your money to this company.

1 /5 Kelli Lege: Two employees there when I arrived, gentleman on the phone, lady with a customer.... I stood there over 5 minutes with not so much as a glance my way. The lady goes outside to take Pic of the current customer’s car, passing right by me and still not even a hello.... I wait... man still on the phone. Lady comes back in after sending that customer off..... ANGAIN!!!!!! Not even one “I’ll be right with you”.. So I finally speak up, “good afternoon, how are you Ma’am?” She literally put her hand up to me and said, “I can’t deal with a customer right now”. Retire her please.... customer service is obviously not important at this location

5 /5 Kandace S: Very convenient you can do everything over the phone or electronically. The most affordable insurance Ive ever had. On top of that theyre quick. No complaints here

1 /5 Eat, Sleep, And Think Hair: I went in to get prof of my car insurance for a job and the lady raised my car insurance rates? She called her manager so that he was aware of my rates going up but of course he was going to back her up. So I was already paying 262.00 a month for insurance well it increased to 287.00. So I switched companies so now I pay 204.00 a month big difference huh? And have the same coverage.
