Alexis I haven’t actually used their services yet, but I just called and spoke to a woman who was so incredibly helpful and nice that I will be bringing my business here. I had several questions and she answered them so kindly and was so willing to help. I called another place and they wouldn’t even take my calls. Would highly recommend Angels! Updating to say I did end up using their title services and notary! The man at the front desk was very helpful and efficient.

Monica Thedford I asked the representative to mail our Id cards and she stated she didn’t have any stamps….If this is a place of business make sure your customers are pleased because I called her several times.

Mauria Caldwell We recently built a new home and initiated home owners insurance with Clays office. Months later we finally got our monitored alarm system certificate to their office. Clay promptly refunded us the amount of our homeowners that we were charged without the discount (for having a monitored alarm) for the months that weve had the service! They went above and beyond to save us money!

BT Jones I will tell it like it is. 1. The owner is polite and cordial. 2. Meghan at the front and Jess, works remotely and the rest of the staff shows excellent professionalism, polite and very detailed and patient. They really go above and beyond to help you. 3. I have but just 1 complaint. It is directed at the recent change in operations at HQ and IT. That is, you should be able to click pause or unpause for a month, or however much time you need. This is not directed at the agent or his staff. 4. I like the fact the agent and staff also tell it like it is. There are no hidden rules or fees. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm as a very clear, affordable auto insurance company

S B Im am not a customer however their policyholder caused damage to my vehicle in February and its now May. The adjuster over the claim never and I mean never returns calls and I need a rental. Terrible insurance company to deal with especially this adjuster.
