I recommend charlotte ray ins agency to anyone looking for the best ins coverage at the best price and help in titling or anything to do with DMV requirements they are very knowkedgeable and are willing to share that knowledge. 1 /5 Mary Young: I called to speak with a lady (Kathryn) about my sons insurance, I told her that my son was out of state and I had power of attorney over him and she told me that she couldnt tell me nothing on his insurance because the policy was in his and his wifes name and the power attorney that I have doesnt cover the information for the insurance and she couldnt discuss this with me even if I do have a power attorney on my son. I think this lady Kathryn needs to check on the laws that governs the power of attorney. I told her that his wife has left him and cancelled the policy and I wanted to know where was the refund being sent to, well she still wouldnt discuss this with me. Well all I have to say is if this refund check is being sent to his separated wife then Charlotte Ray Insurance Co may be answering to his attorney because that policy was in his name only. Someone in this insurance company needs to educate their employees when it comes to the laws of POWER OF ATTORNEY over relatives.
