Brooke Behrns Taake Insurance dedication to their customers is outstanding! I have been using Scott for many years and he has always gone over and beyond with whatever is needed. Charlotte Bailey I have tried to speak to them about a refrigerator that I purchased, that was damaged badly by the delivery services whom are insured with this company. I have yet to hear any reply. Through numerous phone calls and e-mails ,I have had no real answers or given a claim number.

Rhonda Baker Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress. Dan Fitzgerald I stopped in to inquire about auto and homeowners insurance. I found Jacqueline to be warm and friendly, and very professional. She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. I would highly recommend the Short Insurance Agency. It was pleasure working with her. I also really liked working with her in person as she asked all the right questions to find the best rates for me. I had some previous experiences with other insurance companies, working on the phone or online, that were not productive.
