Valerie Reeve We have worked with Michael and his staff for many years. He was referred to us by the firm that established my parents Trust. Michael is responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. He always had my parents best interests in mind and always explained things on our level so it was easy to understand (yes, understanding insurance!). He not only helped with their initial set up of insurance but as their needs changed he adjusted their plans accordingly. He is now helping us again with my husband moving to Medicare this year. As usual, he is amazing with his knowledge, patience and understanding our needs. He gets to know you as a person and what your expectations, desires and needs are. Quality Mom We added onto our home and had some other life changes - needed to make some updates to our coverage. Brett and his office worked quickly to take care of everything we needed. We sat and reviewed everything to catch up and had good personal conversation as well - he really seemed to want to know us. Then, I had an issue with the online account and online help said the office had to update something in our account. They got it done within minutes. Overall efficient yet thorough coverage.
