My main interactions have been with Kelsi as she has guided me through auto, homeowners, and life insurance policy updates. Ive had insurance through either State Farm or another provider for almost 20 years and worked with several offices, but the level of support Ive had here stands out. Mandy has a great team. I read through the reviews before choosing her office and sometimes you think "too good to be true?" when you see a perfect rating. Well, so far in my experience, it is true. Great staff, great support. Cant see myself anywhere else.

It is my mortgager who always inform when they do escrow analysis. so i contacted Mandys office one Thursday and Kelsi picked the phone, she took all my information and told me she will get back to me by the following week. I kept shopping around while waiting for Mandys team quote which I got the next following Monday with a more reasonable quote. And I decided to move forward. I would recommend Mandys office. I originally switched from a competitor and once I knew what my rates were with State Farm I switched immediately. They were lower and had better coverages than my last provider. Katie did a great job of keeping me informed and updated every step of the way and made sure that I understood everything I was signing and all of my coverages. I 100% recommend this team and I will be coming back for my homeowners insurance. Made me feel like family.
