1 /5 Dan Schlapkohl: Terrible customer service. Asked for a review of my bundled insurance for a cheaper rate on a Friday. He was busy would call back Tuesday. Never did. I called on Thursday. He would call me later that day. Never did. I called back the following week. He was still "busy" and would get back with me. I was able to find auto and home elsewhere and am saving $1300/year. Dont fall for the $50 savings per month for the grade point average for you child. The insurance companies I talked to dont ask for it. I gave it a one star because there are no zero stars.

1 /5 Karlee Reardon: Impossible to reach this agent in a timely manner. I had mail saying my insurance would be terminated for seemingly no reason, only to be told it was an accident two weeks later when he (finally) responded. Several fees added on after my initial insurance payment that I was assured by the agent would not happen. I started to communicate with him solely through email so I had his responses in writing as proof of conversation.
