Zach Ramsay I’ve had a very good experience with this particular State Farm office since choosing to quit my previous agency and previous car insurance with Progressive; State Farm rates aren’t just competitive, they are so much better than I could get from Progressive auto even after having been a customer for over 10 years. The ease of communication and back-and-forth I had with Allyson at the office was conducive to my busy work schedule, As both her and I had to be flexible in order to reach out and talk and text and email, But I just couldn’t say no to State Farm rates that great. A very good experience from start to finish and I would definitely recommend this agency and Jake’s group, Even if you’re not from the immediate area.

I sure wish I would have made Oslund & Associates - American Family Insurance my first call as it would have saved me a lot of time. Eric Oslund was polite and didnt seem the least bit frustrated at my novice questions about the policy and terms I didnt understand. He emailed the quote to me so I could compare the rates using the Excel spreadsheet I had set up because thats just how I have to do things when it comes to numbers. I researched the company and between the great reviews, the excellent prices and Erics helpful attitude I decided this was by far, the best option for me. Highly recommended.
