Kyle Wiedau Initially very pleased when switching over my home-owners insurance. Fast forward 10 months into the policy and they are now stating they made a clerical mistake on their part initially and I owe $265 or they are cancelling my policy. I have 11 days to find new home owners insurance. The broker I deal with is Midwest Preferred Insurance Services. I initially asked to speak to a rep who made this decision and am now being ignored. Pretty disgusting way to treat a client.

Geodel Isip I had switched to them last year, they saved me about $1,000 in my home insurance and when bundled with my car insurance, with the same payment per year, I got triple the insurance that I used to have. I worked with Lana and she was very helpful in ensuring that I understood what I was paying for. Also, not even a year later, I had a roof leak from wind and hail damage. They covered everything. Johnny McKinney After being t-boned by an elderly man who was insured by State Farm I have been hurting like hell for nearly two months now. I was forced out of the rental after only a week without any payment to replace my vehicle which is inoperable and totalled. The think a custom built truck is worth only $3,000 and apparently being injured is worth the same. Meanwhile they fixed the old mans car and I know because he nearly hit me yet again while I had to use an Uber to go to the doctor. This is by far the worst company for any insurance on the market. They definitely need a phrase change "like a good neighbor, were here to screw your life up". As a disabled veteran I can not just afford to go and buy another vehicle as Ive built this over the last six years. I have nearly $20,000 into it and now because of an idiot who by the way was at fault in an at fault state they act like Im the one who caused it and I should not have reasonable compensation. So because my vehicle was paid for outright and owed nothing to anyone for it I should take what the first Kia cars were sold for? Get real! This is exactly why insurance companies need to be regulated and penalized more strictly. If you have State Farm, I would highly suggest switching. I had them up until three years ago when after a hit and run I was screwed by them. I had paid too much for too little insurance. I even switched and was instantly paying over 60% less and had better coverages. So thanks State Farm for screwing this Disabled Veteran yet again!

Greg Love I do think that you have to have a good insurance company but I also think that your agent can make a huge difference. My agent Eric Clendenin has been there for our family for over 20yrs. Farmers has always responded quickly and always has given our claims the attention of a company who cares about their customers.

Bre O Was shocked to find out that my monthly cost increased by $100 a month when I removed a car from my policy with my current company. I called Brian in an attempt to find better rates. Within 2 hours he had found a policy that not only offered better coverage but, at the same rate before the increase! He explained everything purchased in the policy in full detail and was very thorough. Fast, friendly, and competitive pricing is what youll find with this agency. Update: Had an issue with my car tire on a Sunday and was needing information on a rental. Left a voice-mail to return my call, totally not expecting one until Monday, and was called back within 10 minutes. By half the day in, he was able to provide me with policy details and options for my situation. But it doesnt stop there folks.... he called me back unexpectedly the next day to ENSURE I was all taken care of and there was nothing else he could offer to help with. TOP NOTCH customer service.
