Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with. Dana Mobley I have nothing but great things to say about United Bank! We moved away from Griffin about 3 months ago and decided to keep our current account with United due to the amazing customer service we have received from them over the years. Since moving, we have had several occasions where we needed assistance and Mrs. Sharon Franks was a lifesaver!! She was extremely helpful and so professional. When she didn’t know the answer to our questions she went above and beyond to find a solution for us. I will definitely continue using United Bank and referring others to them if all the employees are as sweet and helpful as she was(is)!!!
