5 /5 Dana Mobley: I have nothing but great things to say about United Bank! We moved away from Griffin about 3 months ago and decided to keep our current account with United due to the amazing customer service we have received from them over the years. Since moving, we have had several occasions where we needed assistance and Mrs. Sharon Franks was a lifesaver!! She was extremely helpful and so professional. When she didn’t know the answer to our questions she went above and beyond to find a solution for us. I will definitely continue using United Bank and referring others to them if all the employees are as sweet and helpful as she was(is)!!!

5 /5 Sherryl Bryan: I thought individualized customer service was a thing of the past until I visited with Robin French at the United Bank on Taylor Street. Ms. French went above and beyond to help me find solutions to my banking issues. She listened to my banking problems and was able to troubleshoot all of them. She worked with all the departments within the bank to ensure that my issues were taken care of before I left the bank. She even contacted me the next day to reassure me that everything was okay with my accounts. Wow! I was amazed at the individualized customer service provided by Ms. French. I highly recommend visiting Ms. Robin French at the United Bank on Taylor Street for the absolute best customer service experience. Ms. French is phenomenal, and she will help you solve your banking issues.

2 /5 Jeff Jackson: Usually good, but getting a bit ridiculous with some of the rules. Be careful what types of check you accept as payment because there are some types that United Bank wont accept for deposit even with a hold. I told them holding 100% of the funds until it cleared was fine but they still refused. Thankfully its from a family member so well just have to handle it in a different way. If it had been a stranger Id be screwed.

5 /5 Peyton Jimerson: Came to united bank for a notary, and left beyond pleased. All staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They were also extremely quick with getting my needs met. I am especially appreciative of Mrs. Debra Redding for not only doing her job, but going above and beyond for another customer during our interaction. Without stating too much, I left knowing there are still people doing good deeds - solely because it’s the right thing to do.

Im very grateful to her for her hard work.i cant thank her enough.
