1 /5 Jessica Skipper: I got sick and can barely talk. Whole harassing me for a payment , that Im behind on from being sick, I got interrupted on the phone while explaining the reason for non payment, and was told that if id "stop being so defensive" they can help me . So I tried to get the lady to calm down and she just kept gaslighting me. I know they will call like 7x tomorrow so I hope she has a better attitude. I just wanted to work it out. But I will not tolerate disrespect of any kind from a "customer service employee"
