1 /5 Telisha Watkins: This place is awful they lied to me, they told me that they would hold my payment to a certain date and still came and repossession it . And it was only 5 days late . They don’t try to help anyone in hardship and talk to you in a nasty way. If you looking for a car do not go here.

5 /5 Ashley D Speaks: Southern Auto has some very dependable cars. Anytime you need repairs on your car, they will do the repairs and add the cost onto your monthly payment, which is very helpful. Anytime you need more time on your car payment, just communicate with them and they are always willing to work with you. Overall I have had a good experience with them. The only thing I wish I had done in the beginning is make the choice to pay monthly and not bi-weekly. I highly recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a nice dependable car. The staff is always nice and friendly as well.

1 /5 Jaaja Wilkerson: This is most unprofessional place I have ever had dealings with. My car broke down on in mid-July as I continued to make payments. I contacted the dealership to explain my situation in hopes that they would be compassionate. I was told by April that someone will come out to my home and pick up the vehicle to make the necessary repairs. The car sat outside my home until August 1st when the dealership finally decided to come pick it up. Mind you this is weeks after I first contacted them. At this point I was unable to get to work. I also asked the dealership if they would supply a temporary courtesy vehicle until they completed the repairs on my vehicle so that I could continue to work to ensure my payments would still be made. I was told that the dealership does not make this request. August 1st upon returning home from work I discovered that the dealership had came and picked up my car. I continued to make contact with the dealership regarding repair status on my vehicle weekly every time I called to speak with someone I continuous told lies about the repairs on my vehicle. I was told it would be taken to the repair shop on August 31,2022. Mind you I was told numerous times the 31st would be the date the car would be taken in for repairs. Upon called today I was told that it would be an additional three weeks before my car is even looked at to complete any repairs. Buyer beware stay away from this place at all cost. Save yourself the headache and money.
