When the message played I was surprised because people rarely call a mechanic happy, much less to thank them. It was about 15 minutes into my first consultation that I knew, with his character and experience, that he was MY financial consultant for sure. Erica Grier I put in my application on Sunday, received a call first thing Monday morning to complete it. Mrs.Denise (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was very friendly, polite, and just handled things quit quickly, if I do say so myself. I was even allowed to complete everything online and over the phone, due to my lack of transportation. Definitely pleased with my outcome of dealing with this company.
