Lovee Sammi ATM has not been accepting cash deposits everytime I’ve gone to both of the Conyers ATMs at that bank, it wouldn’t take my money. It has been an inconvenience, I am considering switching banks.

Jamie Nichols Jonathan is a great financial advisor. He is excellent at explaining the terminology and going over everything from the start. Him and Katie are an excellent team. Katie is always very prompt and efficient, when it comes to the paperwork and scheduling appointments. Highly recommend Jonathan. He is always in your best interest and no high pressure.

Loretta Jones Ooh my. I had an amazing experience yesterday with your off ice on to. Hill Blvd in Macon GA. The manager was out but there was a Blondie that knew it all. I did not get her name. She is definitely management material in my eyes. When I walked in she asked her co worker if she was free and made sure she assisted. I assume she was the manager but she quickly told me the manager left for the day. The young lady that assisted me had plenty of questions for the Blondie which Blondie quickly applied to help...I want that branch manager to know Blondie is a team lead/management material and she definitely needs to be considered a lead position. Her counterpart working that is still in training that I saw......I cant wait to do future business with your company....Thanks again...

Thomas Porter I have been so impressed with this company since we first signed up with them. Any time I have had any issue, including just forgetting how to do something, their customer support has been right there. Ive always gotten to talk to a human without having to go through numerous phone trees. Much appreciated! My most recent encounter was because our business suffered some fraud and we had to change bank accounts. Katie was super helpful in getting all of that done and its a big deal.
