Any time I have had any issue, including just forgetting how to do something, their customer support has been right there. Ive always gotten to talk to a human without having to go through numerous phone trees. Much appreciated! My most recent encounter was because our business suffered some fraud and we had to change bank accounts. Katie was super helpful in getting all of that done and its a big deal. So thanks, icare for just being great at what you do!

1 /5 Kelly Labby: Icare Financial is the worst. Used them for financing through a dentist. Money came out of my account just fine every month for over a year. When I got a new debit card it didn’t. And eventually they had reached out after months of it not coming out. I called them and had to pay late charges as well. Then it started again. As someone who sets up automatic payments so that things get paid and I don’t have to check every month that they do come out, I wasn’t making sure the money was taken. And here we are years later after my dentist sent the account into collections that I am suddenly getting debits every months again. For the same amount that was originally taken. So if my account had gotten sent to collections why are you now taking money and what are you doing with it? Shady business.
